Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality design services that meet your expectations. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be issued if the final deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed-upon project scope or quality standards, as outlined in the project contract.
Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project completion. Please email our support team with your order details and the reason for your request.
Non-Refundable Items: Deposits, custom design work already approved, and rush order fees are non-refundable.
Shipping or Delivery Policy
We deliver design services and products digitally unless otherwise specified. Here’s what to expect:
Delivery Method: Final design files will be delivered via secure email or a designated file-sharing platform (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive).
Delivery Timeline: Delivery times vary by project scope but will adhere to the timeline agreed upon in the project contract. Standard delivery is within 5-10 business days from final approval of drafts.
Return Policy and Process
As we provide digital design services, returns are generally not applicable. However, for physical products or print materials:
Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos and a description of the issue.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Project Cancellations:
Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 5 business days before the project start date.
Deposits for canceled projects are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services at our discretion.
Subscriptions or Retainers:
Subscription or retainer cancellations require a 30-day notice.
Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
